- Handle customer inquiries by Telephone, Email and Chat.
- Search travel booking reservations to the customers and close the sales.
- Describe various travel products to the customers and respond to queries.
- Understanding of client travel policy and provide consultations to the customer.
- Fulfill all requests of customer regarding passport , visa etc necessary regulations.
- Inform the client with the required travel information, such as low fares, cost of re issue, reschedule, refund penalties.
- A Good Team Player with a desire to learn, perform and grow.
