Nubook provides a variety of web design, development, consulting, and creative services, as outlined on our website and in Service Level Agreements (SLAs). We work closely with clients to understand their specific needs and tailor our services accordingly.
Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
Each client engagement is governed by a specific SLA, which outlines the scope of work, deliverables, timelines, responsibilities, and communication protocols. The SLA becomes binding upon mutual agreement and signature by both parties.
Pricing and Payment
Pricing for Nubook’s services is outlined in proposals and SLAs. Payment terms are also specified in the SLA and generally involve an upfront deposit followed by progress payments or a final payment upon completion. We offer various payment methods, including online payment links through integrated payment gateways.
Online Payments and Payment Gateways
Nubook utilizes secure payment gateways provided by third-party service providers to facilitate online payments. By choosing to pay online, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions of the respective payment gateway provider. Nubook does not store your credit card or other sensitive financial information.
Refunds and Cancellations
Website Design & Development:
- Prior to Project Start: If you cancel your project before any work has begun, you will receive a full refund of any deposited funds.
- Project in Progress: Once the project has commenced, refunds will be determined based on the completed work and the terms outlined in the SLA. Generally, partial refunds may be considered based on the percentage of work completed.
Consulting & Creative Services:
- Hourly Services: Cancellations for hourly services must be made at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours will result in forfeiture of the scheduled service fee.
- Packaged Services: Refunds for packaged services will be determined based on the specific terms outlined in the SLA. Generally, partial refunds may be considered based on the completed work and the nature of the package.
Quality Assurance
Nubook is committed to delivering high-quality services. We employ a rigorous quality assurance process to ensure that our work meets agreed-upon standards. If you are not satisfied with the quality of our work, we will work diligently to address your concerns and rectify any issues.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, and patents, relating to the Nubook website, services, and deliverables remain the property of Nubook or its licensors. Clients receive a non-exclusive license to use the delivered work for their intended purposes.
Non-Solicitation
Clients agree not to solicit or hire any Nubook employees or contractors who have worked on their project for a period of one year following the completion of the project.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the website or services will be settled in accordance with the dispute resolution provisions outlined in the applicable SLA. In the absence of such provisions, disputes will be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of India.
Amendments
Nubook reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. The amended Terms will be effective upon posting on the website. We recommend that you review these Terms regularly for any updates.
